⚠️ The recipe can only handle one active contract at a time
The recipe can only handle one active contract at a time per associated company record. Meaning that if you want to handle multiple contracts with a company you should consider one of the following:
- Work with parent/child companies and close deals with different companies so each companies only one active contract at the time.
- Create a "Contract" custom object to store the information of each individual contract and build the workflows around the duration property of those custom object record instead of the duration property of the company object record. Our team can help you handle this. Contact us.
